How To Reach

By Air - Goa's airport is dabolim airport, situated at vasco-de-gama, 67 km from Palolem. You can get pre-paid taxis from the airport straight to palolem or to the nearest big town, Margao (also known as madgaon) 43 km away from palolem and from there are many options.

By Bus - Apart from the government approved pre-paid taxis, there are state transport run buses which the backpackers can take which leave margao every 30 minutes and take approx 90 minutes to Palolem. The journey by bus is comfortable. The buses are not airconditioned nor dust proof.

By Train - Canacona is Palolem's nearest train station, approximately 10 minutes drive away. From the Canacona train station, you can take an autorikshaw (tuktuk) to Palolem Beach which is only 5 Km.
